Anestis Kouridis
Structural Engineer
Anestis Kouridis is a dedicated hard-working structural engineer and one of the founders of ETEMKO.
He is a graduate of “Deutsche Schule Thessaloniki” (1995) and he holds a Civil Engineering Degree from A.U.Th. (1995-2001).
He is a strong and skilled structural engineer with a detailed eye, yet still able to maintain a view of the bigger picture. His wide experience includes having worked on several high-profile projects all over Greece. He carried out structural designs of new and special steel buildings. He designed the reinforcing and retrofitting of existing and listed buildings. His expertise also includes the design of heavy-duty steel industrial works.
Anestis has a passion for new technology and prides himself on being up to date with the latest design software and the required skills. He is also trained in the usage of high-end field equipment for collecting data, investigating, and testing existing structures.

Charis Kouridis
Mechanical Engineer
Charis is a senior Mechanical Engineer experienced in electromechanical work studies and project management.
He is a graduate of “Deutsche Schule Thessaloniki” (1993), he holds Mechanical Engineering Degree from A.U.Th. (1993-1998) and an MSc in Production Management from A.U.Th. (1999-2000).
In his early professional years, he worked as a researcher in the Lab of Applied Thermodynamics of A.U.Th, where took part in numerous EU projects on vehicle emissions, with emphasis on emission inventories.
Meanwhile, he developed all electromechanical studies of developed projects of ETEMKO.
Since 2008 he is a project manager and business developer at Emisia s.a. an A.U.Th spin-off company, that develops tools and policies to reduce transport climate and air pollution impact.
Charis has very strong communication, training, and managerial skills. He has the multi-culture experience, having travelled and trained staff in several countries in Europe and Asia and helped them to improve understanding of the contribution of transport to GHG emissions.
He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Technical Chamber of Greece /Section of Central Macedonia and a member of the following professional bodies:

Kostas Platsoukas
Partner / MSc Structural Engineer
Kostas Platsoukas is a structural engineer with experience in both design and construction. He holds a Civil Engineering Degree from A.U.Th. (1996-2002) and an MSc in Antiseismic Design of Structures from A.U.Th. (2002-2003). He started working as a construction supervisor, in projects including reinforcement of existing buildings, construction of steel and reinforced concrete. After spending two years in the Urban Planning of Eastern Thessaloniki, he was then focused on the study and design of buildings. He is an active Public Works Designer and an Energy Inspector. He is trained to use high–end field equipment for collecting data, investigating, and testing existing structures.

Nikolaos Daniilidis
Civil Engineer
Nikos is a highly motivated Structural Engineer.
He graduated from Democritus University of Thrace in 2020 and holds a Diploma (Integrated Master’s Degree) in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in Structural Engineering. In 2021, he started his Master’s degree (MSc) in “Resilient Design of Technical Works against Earthquakes and other Natural Hazards” at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, from which he graduated in 2023 with honors.
With three years of experience at ETEMKO, he has been involved in structural designs, drafts and inspections in several projects. Following a structured approach to his work, he is considered to be an engineer with an emphasis on detail and commitment to achieving the best results in a timely manner.
